How to buy

Making a purchase through ALTERNATIVES' website is very simple. This is how.

Go into the gallery section and select one of the designers present



Step 1

Select the desired jewellery piece.





Step 2

If you have decided to purchase a piece of jewellery:

-Check the price. It is expressed exclusive of VAT.
-VAT is added to the purchase made only by those resident in the European Union.
-For purchases made from countries outside the E.U, VAT will not be applied here.
-The goods destined outside the E.U. will be subjected to the payment of applicable taxes and import duties in the country of final destination, where applicable.




Step 3

Please select the country where you intend to receive the jewellery and verify the relative delivery Zone (e.g. Italy-1).





Step 4

Verify the cost for your delivery Zone (e.g. Zone 1 = Euro 24,50)





Step 5

To purchase, please select your delivery zone from the box (Price + Delivery cost).






Payment

Once you have clicked on the purchase confermation button (Add to Cart), you will be directed towards the safe server PayPal in order to complete you payment procedure.

All main credit cards are accepted.


-Complete the spaces by inserting your details and confirm.



-You will receive an e-mail confirming your order, with all details of the transaction.

-Please print and keep it.

Congratulations, you have successfully completed you purchase with Alternatives.

If PayPal does not accept your credit card, this could be due to a limit of purchases on one card that PayPal sets for security reasons.
You may resolve this problem by registering an account with PayPal.
This registration is completely free of charge and will enable you to make further purchases with your credit card.



Delivery

Once payment has been received, Alternatives will prepare the package and dispatch it within 48/72 hours.
The goods will be received by you at the address indicated within 2/3 working days of the shipping date (depending on destination).
You will be able to monitor the package on the internet, so that you are in a position to check delivery of the package.
